By downloading or using TheBrickBook ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. USE OF THE APP

TheBrickBook is a job tracking and invoicing tool designed for small business owners. You may use the App for personal and business purposes. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App.

2. ACCOUNTS

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. YOUR DATA

You own all data you enter into the App, including job details, client information, expenses, and invoices. We do not claim any ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

4. INVOICES AND FINANCIAL DATA

TheBrickBook is a tool to help you create invoices and track finances. It is not accounting software and should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations including GST amounts. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices and tax reporting comply with Australian law.

5. AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. ADVERTISING

The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBrickBook and Reid Exterior are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccurate financial calculations.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
